Canadian German Shepherd Dog Championships 2009
Last week of July had us heading
to Chilliwack for the Canadian German Shepherd Dog Championships. Darryl &
Christy were entered and Aaron & Rick were trying out for helper work. Sarah,
Jo, Paul & Maria also came along to support & cheer!
Aaron was selected as the back half SchH3 helper and did a great job - he worked 38 dogs in extreme heat! Rick was chosen as the SchH2 helper and also did a great job.
Christy & Wray were successful in their first SchH3 at a national. Way to go Christy! Darryl & Talon did a beautiful 96 point obedience routine and a great protection routine which earned them a place on Team Canada. Congratulations and good luck in Germany!
Aaron & Akino, Jo & Arley and Darryl & Exor also entered the Sieger Show and had fun showing their dogs! Aaron even took home a trophy for 4th place in his class!
